Your Right to Cancel (Taiwan deliveries)

If your order is delivered in Taiwan, Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act (消費者保護法) gives you a statutory right to cancel most orders within 7 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, without needing to give one. This right exists alongside — and takes priority over — our general policy below.

  • The 7 days run from the day you (or your pickup location) receive the goods.
  • To cancel under this right, contact us through our official LINE account or by email within the 7-day window.
  • Please return the item in the condition you received it where reasonably possible.
  • Refunds are issued within 15 days of us receiving the returned item.
  • This right has statutory exceptions under the Act for certain kinds of goods. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us and we'll confirm before you return it.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please check product details, measurements, and our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily arrange a replacement or refund — subject to the following:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos or a video showing the damage or defect.
  • Claims made after 48 hours, or without photo/video evidence, cannot be accepted.

How to Report a Damaged Item

  1. Contact us through our official LINE account within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and photos/video of the damage.
  3. We will review your claim and confirm the next steps (replacement or refund) within a few business days.

Handmade Products

As many of our products are handcrafted using traditional techniques, small variations in colour, pattern, texture or finishing are natural characteristics of the craft and are not considered damage or a defect.
