1. General
By accessing and using the YU INDIA website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. Products
Our products are sourced from and made in India unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
As many of our products are handcrafted or produced using traditional techniques, slight variations in color, pattern, texture, size, or finishing may occur. These variations are natural characteristics of the products and are not considered defects.
3. Product Information & Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photos, prices, and other information on our website are accurate.
Prices are shown in the currency for your delivery country — Indian Rupees (₹) for India and New Taiwan Dollars (NT$) for Taiwan — and delivery fees (if any) are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors when necessary.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
An order confirmation will be sent after your order has been successfully placed.
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been paid — from your order confirmation page, or by contacting us. Once an order has been paid and we have begun preparing it, we are unable to modify or cancel it ourselves, except as described in our Returns & Exchanges policy (which includes a statutory right to cancel for orders delivered in Taiwan — see Section 7 below).
5. Payment
Payment must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout.
An order will only be processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to India and Taiwan only.
- India: dispatched from our workshop in India for domestic delivery. Delivery options, fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
- Taiwan: shipped internationally from India, or available for 7-Eleven store pickup. Delivery options, fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

7. Returns & Exchanges
If your order is delivered in Taiwan, you have a statutory right under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act to cancel most orders within 7 days of receipt — see our Returns & Exchanges page for details. Outside that right, and for orders delivered to India, returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchanges policy.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to YU's INDIA unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
9. Website Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may damage, disable, or interfere with the website or its services.
